Stretch & Relax is inspired by the practice of yin yoga where we focus on holding restorative floor based stretches for 3-5 minutes, with the support of yoga props. We focus on using breath awareness to invite a deeper sense of calm into the mind & body. Please bring extra layers or a blanket with you, to stay warm & cosy during relaxation.
